Room Rental Agreement
This agreement is entered into on __________ by and between ______________________, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” and Legends Sports Bar and Grill, hereinafter referred to as the “Venue Owner.”
Rental Fee:
The Client agrees to pay a total rental fee of $100.00 per hour for the use of the room, which includes a set-up and clean-up fee. A non-refundable deposit of 100% is due upon signing this Agreement. Please note that the rental fee does not include the use of pool tables.
Pool Table Rental:
The Client may choose to rent pool tables for the event. There are 5 tables per room, and each table is rented at $12.00 per hour. The cost for pool table rental will be added to the final invoice based on the duration of usage.
Decorations:
- The Client may decorate the venue for the event. However, all decorations must be approved by the Venue Owner in advance and in writing.
- The Client agrees not to use glitter or any other materials that may cause damage or be difficult to clean.
- Decorations may not be affixed to the walls, ceilings, or any other part of the venue without prior approval.
- No decorations, displays, or food may be placed on the pool tables. Please request a gift table, etc., as needed.
Use of Pool Table:
The Client agrees to ensure that the pool tables are used in an appropriate and respectful manner.
- Any damage to the pool tables during the event will be the responsibility of the Client and will incur additional charges for repair, which will be added to the final invoice.
Liability:
The Client agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage or loss to the venue, including the pool tables, caused by the Client, their guests, or children of their guests.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the billiards table or within proximity to prevent damage.
- The billiards table and equipment must be used for their intended purpose only. Any misuse or abuse may result in additional charges and/or termination of the rental agreement.
- Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at all times.
Catering Services Provided:
- Menu: The Client must select and provide in writing a detailed list of catered food within 10 days of the event.
- No outside food or beverage is permitted, except for celebratory cake.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of catering charges is due upon signing this Agreement with the remaining due 10 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable unless the venue closes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Total Due:
An invoice will be provided to you detailing room charges, pool table costs, and catering prices. A 20% service fee on catering is added to the invoice for service staff if catering services are utilized. You may increase the amount on the day of the event if our team has exceeded expectations.
Indemnification:
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue Owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the event.
